Who we are

Seiler & Yates Building Contractors was foundered by Directors Stephen Yates and Craig Seiler in 2000. Having worked together for a couple of years prior they started their own business. Over this time the business has found its place in the building and construction industry within South-East Queensland as custom home builders working on architecturally designed & custom built homes, renovations, extensions, units and upper floor additions to existing homes as well as commercial projects.

We work on custom designed homes to physically bring your dreams to a reality. We are proud to work with prominent architects on a regular basis; Roger Todd, Gabriel Poole and Tim Bennetton to name a few.
While we keep a low profile in the community we are proud to have worked on some amazing projects that have been featured in prominent home and lifestyle magazines such as Home Beautiful.
